The Condition Of Hemorrhoids Popping

By: Kyle Stanley

Not something a lot of us would like to talk about; hemorrhoids are a common but unpleasant condition. People are reluctant to talk about this condition since of the location of hemorrhoids and the personal nature of the ailment.

But since hemorrhoids are so common, people should have some knowledge on the topic of how hemorrhoids start, as well as more about one type of hemorrhoids which can happen - internal hemorrhoids.

How Hemorrhoids Are Formed

Hemorrhoids is a condition in which there is swelling of the blood vessels in the anal region. This condition can be due to many different causes.

Some of these factors that cause hemorrhoids could be unhealthy eating habits of an individual, lack of fiber, minimal exercise, pregnancy or childbirth, etc. These factors can create an irritation in the anal area due to unhealthy bowel movements.

When this irritation occurs, the tissue of the surrounding area of the anus becomes swollen, may become itchy, inflamed and eventually the area becomes painful. Subsequently, the swelling or edema creates pressure in the anal area, which in turn expands the walls of the veins. This expansion is caused by an increased blood flow. Ultimately, this whole process results in the medical condition known as hemorrhoids.

Internal And External Hemorrhoids

One type of hemorrhoids are internal which are inside the rectum. During a bowel movement, these types of hemorrhoids can pop out. That is why this condition is called hemorrhoids popping. After the visit to the bathroom, they normally return to the internal area. Sometimes when hemorrhoids popping occurs, there may be some bleeding.

However, in more severe cases of internal hemorrhoids, the process of hemorrhoids popping may occur without the retreat of the hemorrhoids back into the rectum area. In the event of this situation of hemorrhoids popping there will most likely be bleeding. Often during this stage of hemorrhoids popping the individual may need to push the hemorrhoids back into the anus.

The severest stage of hemorrhoids popping is the protrusion of the hemorrhoids from the rectum accompanied by the fact that they cannot be pushed back. This particular stage of hemorrhoids popping can be a very painful condition known as incarcerated hemorrhoids. This condition may necessitate the need for hemorrhoids surgery.

Treatment

The number one way to treat and prevent hemorrhoids popping is to eat right. Exercise daily is another way in addition to eating right.

This will help to normalize the individual's bowel movement and thereby minimizing the strain involved in responding to nature's call. This normalization will help to reduce the formation of internal hemorrhoids and the condition known as hemorrhoids popping.
