How do you strip the fat from your body to reveal your muscles?

Take a look around next time you go to the mall or out to work. Look at the physiques of the people you work with, the people next to you at the supermarket, the people at the newsagent and the local take away. What is the standard these days? Do people look fit and strong? Well, unless you live in a community where hard physical exercise is the standard then you'll see fat people.

So how does one overcome the tendency our body's have to put on a few extra pounds? Now that we've got it so good, we've got to come up with a way to stay healthy and lean without popping pills and getting liposuction!

OK, here's how it's done:

Strip The Fat Step 1. LIft Weights Don't worry, you wont become muscle bound overnight. It takes years of bodybuilding to get big like those guys. The cool thing is though, that muscles burn energy faster than any other cells in your body. So lift weights, and your body will burn more fat. Simple. Workout every couple of days and you'll notice the difference.

Step 2. Don't do aerobic exercise. Yep, you heard me DON'T do it. You've got to be mad right? Everyone says do aerobic exercise so you'll burn fat, so it must be true. Nope. Well, it is, sort of. But it's not the most effective way so lets get to it.

So What's The Best Way To Train? Well, muscles burn more fat because they speed up the metabolism. So, what we've got to do is speed up the body's metabolism so it burns fat like a furnace! We can do this by doing short (15 minute) intense workouts. It's just like going for a jog for an hour, except you take all hard work, and put it into 15 minutes! This is commonly called High Intensity Training or Fartlek running.

Here's how it works:

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), or Interval Training is a training session divided into 2 parts. One intense, and the other less intense.

Here's an example of a HIIT training session:

# Stretches

# 5 min warmup

# 1 min walk/jog

# 20 second sprint

# 1 min walk/jog

# 20 second sprint

# 1 min walk/jog

# 20 second sprint

# 1 min walk/jog

# 20 second sprint

# 1 min walk/jog

# 20 second sprint

# 1 min walk/jog

# 20 second sprint

# 1 min walk/jog

# 20 second sprint

# 1 min walk/jog

# 20 second sprint

# 5 min cooldown

# Stretches

Do this and you'll speed up your body fast and you'll be burning excess energy for days! And it only takes 15 minutes! It's sincerely the BEST way to strip the fat from your body fast. Weight lifters have known this for ages.

already working out 3 days a week? Good for you. Just do this interval training on your OFF days so you don't overtrain. Your body does not know how to burn fat and build muscle all at once. So swap between the weight training and interval workouts so you can get the best out of both worlds. Take a day off once a week so your body can recover.

Is that it? Nope one last thing:

Building Muscle Tips - Step 3. Eat Fresh High Water Content Food.

You know you won't get a great body eating KFC so don't kid yourself. Take that thought in your mind now, and throw it away. The best food source for making your body run smoothly is fresh fruits and vegetables. Preferably raw!

Yeah, I know, what a drag. Your mama always told you to eat your vegies. Turns out she was right eh. Well, I won't tell her if you don't!

Honestly though, eat your vegies, and eat them raw if you can. Keep your protein intake high so your body can repair itself. Snack on RAW nuts (not the salty ones!) and protein snacks / shakes. And get your energy mostly from fruits and vegetables. You'll find that you need to work a little harder to eat them but stick with it, the results will be worth it.

As you change your diet, and work out with heavier weights, your body will change. So...

1. Start doing weights workouts

2. Do Intense Cardio

3. Replace Junk Food With Fruit and Vegetables

Your body will thank you for it!
